Q: Does Upperbloom deliver throughout the Netherlands?
A: We deliver throughout the Netherlands. In consultation also outside the Netherlands.

Q: How fast can you deliver?
A: Depending on the order size, we can usually deliver within 10 to 20 working days. Express delivery is also possible by arrangement.

Q: Is there a warranty on the plants and planters?
A: Our planters are guaranteed for 5 years. Unfortunately, we cannot give a guarantee on the plants; Plants are alive. They grow and flourish, but many also flower out again or do not survive the season (sometimes by you, sometimes by nature). Although we make it as easy as possible for you to take good care of your outdoor plants with the innovative Upperbloom planters, from time to time it is still necessary to replace them. That's what our service is designed to do. This is how we make it green, and keep it green.

Q: Am I locked into a contract/collaboration with Upperbloom?
A: No, we do not work with a contract or mandatory collaboration.

Q: How does a plant change work?
A: That's very simple; As the season changes, so does the look of your outdoors with the help of our plant changes. Our Green Experts carry out the plant changes for you. We take back old plants and leave the new ones behind. That way, your business will look tip-top again. Although we make it as easy as possible to take good care of your outdoor plants with the innovative Upperbloom planters, from time to time it is necessary to replace them. That's what our service is designed for. Plant changes are available from €50 each.

Q: Is Upperbloom sustainable?
A: At Upperbloom, we are committed to sustainability and innovation. Within our operations, we do our best to make the world a nicer place. With our modern products, we are greening the world. Our planters and associated plants have a well-thought-out design, to make maintaining the greenery as easy as possible and to keep the greenery alive as long as possible.We maximise reusability and minimise waste production. We use high-quality recyclable products for a long service life. Our planters are made of the cleanest plastic variety polypropylene (PP), corten steel or steel with a double premium coating, and are fully recyclable. In addition, the inner container is made of 100% recycled plastic. We grow our high-quality plants from Dutch soil in our planters and provide them with appropriate nutrition. We keep transport routes as short as possible, by having our production process nearby (in the Netherlands and Germany) and offering a unique balcony service for delivery and installation.

Q: Do you also do custom sizes and types of planters?
A: In addition to our wide standard range, we also develop 'custom' planters. Depending on your wishes, we can design and develop these together with you. Think of different sizes or type of material.

Q: Do I need to purchase minimum number of planters?
A: There is no minimum purchase of planters and plants.

Q: Is Upperbloom for Business also available as a lease/rent option?
A: We offer several payment options to make it as easy as possible for you. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Q: What materials are the planters made of?
A: Depending on the type of planter, it is made of; Corten steel, aluminium, steel or plastic (polypropylene)

Q: Are there additional costs towards the planters and plants?
A: In our quotation, we always present all costs. These consist of: costs for planters, costs for the plants, costs for delivery and installation. In consultation, you can order future plant changes in advance.

Q: Can our logo be on the planters?
A: You certainly can. Ask us about the possibilities.

Q: Does Upperbloom also provide maintenance?
A: By arrangement, we offer additional periodic maintenance in addition to our plant changes. These include weekly watering of the plants, monthly visits to make sure everything is going well. We also offer remote care. We do this with our Sensor Technology. By means of various sensors in the planters, our Green Experts remotely monitor the state of the plants, and carry out maintenance when necessary.

Q: Does upperbloom also supply indoor plants?
A: Currently, we specialise in outdoor plants. With several indoor plant experts, we also offer a combined indoor and outdoor plant service.
