YoungOnes is an online platform where job supply and demand come together. Clients can post assignments and freelancers can respond to them. The client can then choose the right freelancer from various responses, after which a match is made. This way, every day we enable thousands of companies and young people to choose for freedom in work. Our mission is to help them as much as possible, day after day.

How does it work?
Posting an assignment is super simple. With a date, hourly rate, short description and a click of a button, your job reaches thousands of freelancers online. Through the YoungOnes app, freelancers are immediately notified to sign up for the assignment. And they do so quickly. The first response often follows within 5 minutes. As a client, you compare the freelancers who have applied for your assignment based on their motivation, assessment and work experience. In the freelancer's profile, you will find his or her work experience and a short motivation. Moreover, the freelancer's attendance rate and rating by other clients is also visible and you can build a favourites pool. Upon completion, the freelancer reviews the job and submits the hours worked. As the client, you check the hours and rate the freelancer.
