Hospitality Expo day 1: read, watch and (re)experience.

Day one of Horeca Expo brought innovation as well as excitement with the announcement of the coveted Innovation Awards. These lucky ones were able to receive an Award: 

Black Infused Coffee won two prizes. They won the most public votes and thus also got to win the Visitor's Choice take home.

Today organised Club Prosper Montagné for the 72nd time their prestigious competition. Numerous iconic names already adorn the palmares, so it was just a question of which up-and-coming talent could join this impressive list.  

After the five candidates presented their three dishes, redemption came:

With this title, Laurence makes history as Belgium's very first female First Chef!
