Inntel Hotels sells Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre and Mainport to Annexum

Inntel Hotels is proud to announce the successful sale of Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre and Mainport by Inntel Hotels. Together, the two hotels under one roof have 480 rooms. This makes them one of the top 10 hotels in the Benelux in size and the largest hotel in Rotterdam. The buyer is investor Annexum, which will take over the hotel organisation including the real estate and all movable property. The current 200 staff will also come under the responsibility of the new owner. The two hotels are literally connected and therefore the sale of both is a logical choice.

This important milestone illustrates the strategic development of the hotel group. The sale of both hotels is the result of careful evaluation and strategic decision-making with a view to the future.

The two hotels have been sold to investor Annexum. The hotels will be added operationally to Cycas Hospitality's portfolio after a two-month transition period. Cycas Hospitality has a portfolio of more than 50 hotels in 12 countries, hosted by 15 different renowned brands. Orange IM Hospitality supported Annexum in the acquisition of the hotel business and will be responsible for asset management. Until 31 October, the hotels will remain operational under the Inntel Hotels brand.
