Bilderberg appoints general managers at 4 hotels

Kasteel Vaalsbroek (Vaals), Garden Hotel (Amsterdam), Hotel De Bilderberg (Oosterbeek) and Grand Hotel Wientjes (Zwolle)

Bilderberg has appointed new general managers in four of its hotels. They are Tim Gillissen at Kasteel Vaalsbroek, Ronald Slomp at the Garden Hotel, MaryLoes Baur at Hotel De Bilderberg and Harro Menkhorst at Grand Hotel Wientjes. Remarkably, these general managers all made careers within Bilderberg, or returned after positions outside the hotel group.

Recently, Bilderberg achieved a remarkable performance in the National Benchmark Hotel Chains survey conducted by Multiscope. This shows that Bilderberg achieved the highest Net Promoter Score (NPS) of all hotel chains in the Netherlands.

Ernst van Der Waal, Director of Operations for Bilderberg, shares his excitement about this achievement: "We are extremely proud of this appreciation from our guests. This confirms our position in the market. We continue to invest in our hotels and our team members. This highest position is a wonderful appreciation for all our employees, because they make the brand. Growing together and learning from each other makes us stronger. Passing on and sharing knowledge, as well as changing positions, is a common thread in our employees' careers. And so too with our general managers.

The general managers are ready to embark on their new challenges with enthusiasm and dedication. They see this as an opportunity for personal and professional growth, as well as for the further development of their hotels. MaryLoes Baur shares her ambition: "For me, Hotel De Bilderberg is the calling card of our hotel collection. With the dedicated team, I want to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience." Tim Gillissen, who returns to Bilderberg after several years elsewhere, comments: "It feels like coming home. Kasteel Vaalsbroek is among the most beautiful places in the Netherlands." Despite the diversity in locations, all general managers agree: it is the people who make the difference.
