Consortium acquires 'Hotels van Oranje'

The consortium of Dreef Beheer, Ramphastos Investments and Van Deursen Group has acquired 'Hotels van Oranje' in Noordwijk. All plots involved in the project at Koningin Wilhelmina Boulevard in Noordwijk have now been transferred to the consortium.

The consortium will develop the existing plans for the redevelopment of Hotels van Oranje (Hotel van Oranje and Residence van Oranje) in the coming period. Meanwhile, site clearance has started; in addition, the White House and Boulevard Hotel will soon be demolished in accordance with the plans.

The aim is to make the building wind- and watertight as soon as possible. Construction of two new floors is expected to begin next year.

The consortium will attract a new operator for Hotel van Oranje. The plans for the flats in Residence van Oranje will be adapted and elaborated to match the wishes and requirements of the current market. The existing design of the buildings is the starting point. The aim is to take concrete steps towards the realisation of these plans in 2025.

The consortium is delighted with the acquisition that has now been announced and looks forward to returning 'Hotel van Oranje' and 'Residence van Oranje' to the grandeur of yesteryear.

No further announcements on the acquisition will be made.
