Hotel Leaders Network 2023 - The Workforce (R)evolution

Three fantastic events are scheduled for 17 February. Hotel Leaders Network, Hotelvrijmibo CONNECTS and, as a highlight, the 15-year anniversary of Hotelvrijmibo. All three events will take place at the Beurs van Berlage and are free to attend (registration is required).

HLN is the pre-eminent opportunity to build a non-committal network with colleagues in senior hotel management. HLN offers inspiring guest speakers and interesting presentations on trends, innovations and developments in the (inter)national hotel industry. This year's event is dedicated to "The Workforce (R)evolution", with guest speakers Dominique Hermans (Chief Executive Northen Europe Randstad Groupe) and Jan Spooren (Global Talent Development Leader Bose Corporation), who will address the future of and developments in the labour market and hotel industry. The popular start-up pitches in collaboration with ABN AMRO are also back, with three start-ups focused on the hotel industry presenting. And not forgetting the Hotelrede by comedian Micha Wertheim, who will humorously share his outsider's view of the hotel industry.

Hotel free mibo CONNECTS - Unlocking your potential (and that of others)

Where HLN is only for senior hotel management, Hotelvrijmibo CONNECTS is aimed at anyone working in a hotel. Meet speaker Viona Terleth of Happy Millennials, which builds bridges between generations for organisations striving to balance happiness and business success. Listen to young GMs Caroline van Kessel EN Melle van Uden, who will share their experiences and insights on leadership and success in the hotel industry. And take part in an interactive experience with Michael Diederich, a veteran of musicals, theatre and improvisational comedy.

Hotelvrijmibo XL - Celebrating 15 years

Over the past 15 years, the Hotelvrijmibo has grown to become the largest hotel Friday afternoon drink in the Netherlands. On 17 February, there will be a look back at the past 15 years and a toast to the future. It will be a grand party with crazy light shows, a great line-up and a not-to-be-missed Grand Celebration at 8pm!

All events are completely free to attend, upon approval of registration. For example, HLN is only open to hotel owners, hotel managers, general managers, CEOs, COOs and regional directors, and for Hotelvrijmibo, it is verified that you are actually working in the hotel industry.
