It strikes Ross Tucker's designers that the leisure sector wants a different experience for its guests. Creating a hotel experience is therefore increasingly the starting point. Wonderful example of a recent project is the Drenthe Lagoon.
Hidden in the beautiful countryside of Drenthe is the newest Landal park in the Netherlands: De Drentse Lagune. A unique holiday resort in the middle of the rugged and unspoilt nature of beautiful Drenthe. A paradise for lovers of water, peace and nature. The park has been taken into rental by Landal since last August.
The luxury holiday homes are built around a large beach lake. The houses overlook the lake and all have a private beach. The park is spacious and offers plenty of privacy to its guests.
The residences are spacious, bright and modern in design. They offer plenty of comfort and luxury to their guests. Kopare Development, the developer of the park, asked Ross Tucker Projectinterieur from Leek to come up with a unique concept for the interior of these homes. Focusing on putting Drenthe on the map as the ultimate recreation spot in the Netherlands.
Ross Tucker's design team took inspiration for each of the three types of homes from paintings by Vincent van Gogh, who loved travelling through Drenthe. Or as he himself put it, "I am in a beautiful country!". The colours, atmosphere and warmth of each of the three paintings can be found in the interiors of the houses. Just like the paintings that occupy a prominent place in the homes.
Drentse Lagune is rightly the newest ambassador of this beautiful province. Be surprised by the versatility of this park and its surroundings.
