RoomRaccoon introduces new group booking feature to help independent hotels increase revenue

The long-awaited Room Allotment functionality is going to offer users new capabilities and make it easier to collaborate with travel agents, business groups and event planners by efficiently managing group bookings. The user-friendly interface allows room allocations to be updated quickly, eliminating the risk of double bookings.

The room allocation function has a customised booking window that can be shared with guests before they travel. Guests can assign themselves rooms within the assigned reservation and benefit from the system's automated upsell feature. This generates more additional revenue for hoteliers and also ensures a personalised and luxurious stay for guests.
