Duco Salomons new CEO of Hotek Hospitality Group

From 1 November, Duco Salomons has been appointed as the new CEO of Hotek Hospitality Group ("Hotek"). With his appointment, he succeeds founder Dolf Mulder, who has built the company into a market leader in access systems and hospitality products over the past 25 years. Duco's appointment follows the recent acquisition of Hotek by SaloMonte Partners, a business succession fund focused on strategic growth and technological innovation. Duco's focus on operational efficiency and high-quality customer experience aligns seamlessly with Hotek's ambitions to further grow in the international market with advanced access technologies and innovative hospitality solutions. Dolf will remain with Hotek as an advisor and will enjoy working with great pleasure and energy on its further growth and internationalisation.

Hotek's Mobile Key is already currently used in over 800 hotels in Europe, with over one million openings per year in end markets such as hotels, holiday parks, cruise ships and serviced and short-stay flats. This 'keyless entry' solution, which easily integrates with existing systems such as PMS platform Mews, is being continuously developed and expanded. Together with SaloMonte Partners, Hotek has the ambition to further expand internationally while maintaining its Dutch character and customer-oriented service.
